Here is the customized email template you can use to contact Jotform support: Subject: Roofing Leads Form Table Not Loading - Urgent Assistance Needed Hello Jotform Support, I am experiencing an issue with my roofing leads form where the table is not loading and keeps showing an error. I have already cleared my browser cache, tried different browsers and devices including my phone, and linked the data to Google Sheets. However, I am still unable to view the table properly, and the option to export all data is not available. Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if it will be fixed soon? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

    Hi Masters,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding the issue with your roofing leads form table not loading and showing an error, it appears that this is a known issue that our system is already notified about and is being addressed. The error message indicates that the problem will be fixed shortly, so please try accessing your table again later.

In the meantime, please ensure that you have not accidentally hidden all columns in your Jotform Table, as this can sometimes cause the table to appear empty. You can check how to show and hide columns in Jotform Tables in our guide.

Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding while this issue is being resolved.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi mastersreadyservices2025,

The error message you are encountering in Jotform Tables can be caused by temporary server overload or high traffic volume. In many cases, waiting a few minutes and trying to access the form or table again can resolve the issue as the system stabilizes.

Can you also try opening your Jotform account using a Private/Incognito mode of your browser? Browser's cache may hold outdated data causing conflicts. You can also clear your browser's cache to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, circle back on this thread.

Let us know if you need any more help.
