Where to find the form submission payment

My customer had made the payment through this form https://form.jotform.com/desisparkz/THESPARKZAWARDS.

Can you please help me find where the payment was processed and how to retrieve the $50. I want that to be credited to my account directly.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your form, and I see there's one submission. You can View Your Form Submissions from your Jotform Submissions Table in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.

When I checked your form, I also noticed that the payment option is not required or mandatory question. Your form users will be able to submit the form without making payment. This is the reason that the existing one submission on your form doesn't have payment included. See also the screencast below for reference:
