Hello,
Our non-profit uses Jotform to allow the public to register for fundraisers. We can take payment via Paypal on the form itself, but I cannot seem to integrate Paypal Giving Fund (only standard Paypal has worked but that deducts a fee for payments we receive). How can we integrate Paypal Giving Fund on Jotform Forms? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
UCHS

Hi Upper,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about integrating PayPal Giving Fund with Jotform, currently, Jotform supports standard PayPal payment integration, but there is no direct integration available for PayPal Giving Fund. The standard PayPal integration deducts fees for payments received, which is a known limitation.
If you want to avoid fees associated with standard PayPal payments, you might need to explore alternative donation platforms or methods outside of Jotform's current PayPal integration options, as PayPal Giving Fund is not supported directly within Jotform forms.
Let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Upper_Credit,
As mentioned by our Podo AI support, the PayPal Giving Fund isn't listed on our payment integrations, but we can escalate this to our developers team, but exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. Would you like to proceed with the request?
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
