Hello,
Is there a way that I can send a reminder to a participant if they scan my QR- Bar code however do not complete the informed consent form because maybe they forgot or got busy? Or if they start the form but do not complete it (for example, do not complete their contact information)?
Can I send a patient notification if they don't complete the form to remind them?

Hi Derosena,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Currently, Jotform does not have a built-in feature to automatically send a reminder or notification to participants who start but do not complete a form, such as after scanning a QR code. However, you can use integrations with third-party apps like Zapier to set up SMS or email reminders for incomplete submissions.
Additionally, the Jotform Mobile App can notify you on your phone for every form submission if you enable notifications, but it does not send reminders to participants.
If you want, I can guide you on how to set up such integrations or notifications.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
