    Dear Jotform Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

First of all, I want to thank you for building such a versatile and user-friendly platform. Jotform has been a great help in simplifying form submissions for organizations like ours.

I would like to take this opportunity to make a suggestion of inclusion of UPI (Unified Payments Interface) as a payment option in Jotform Form builder. UPI is the most widely used digital payment method in India and has also gained traction internationally. It allows instant, secure, and low-cost transactions, and is supported by almost every bank and wallet provider in the country.

At present, many businesses and institutions in India, including mine, rely on UPI as the preferred mode of payment for customers. Having native UPI integration in Jotform would make it far more convenient for us to use your platform for registrations, fee collection, donations, and other transactions. I believe this feature will not only benefit Indian users but also align Jotform with the growing adoption of UPI worldwide, strengthening its global relevance.

I sincerely hope your product team can consider this request and add UPI support in future updates. Please let me know if I can share more details or use-case scenarios to support this proposal.

    Thank You

    Hi Jaiveer,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your suggestion to include UPI (Unified Payments Interface) as a payment option in Jotform, currently, Jotform supports PayU India (Money) as a payment gateway, which is widely used in India and offers multiple payment options including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. PayU India (Money) supports payments in Indian Rupees and provides a seamless checkout experience for your forms.

While UPI as a direct payment option is not currently integrated, PayU India (Money) is a popular payment gateway in India that you can use for your transactions on Jotform forms. We appreciate your suggestion and understand the importance of UPI for many users in India and beyond. Your feedback will be shared with our product team for consideration in future updates.

Let us know if you need guidance on setting up PayU India (Money) or any other payment options in your forms.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi Jaiveer,

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
