My account won’t allow any further submissions for my form as it states it has reached limit, I do not require signatures for my documents so this is wrong, please correct this issue.

    Hi Jess,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked out your account and your EVLITE TEAM  form. I noticed that in your form, you've turned on the Jotform Sign Automation feature. You'll need to turn it off if you do not require the Sign Automation feature. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
    3. Then, toggle Off for the Enable Jotform Sign Automation option.

My account states signed document limit reached Image 1 Screenshot 70 Do note that on the Starter plan, you can get 10 monthly singed documents submissions. In this month, you've exceeded to 11. That's why you are getting form over quota error. Let me share the screenshot below:

My account states signed document limit reached Image 2 Screenshot 81When you turn the Jotform Sign Automation off then it won't count towards your 10 signed documents submission, but it will count in your monthly submissions which is 100. Your monthly reset date is 17 October 2025. So, you can either wait until that date or upgrade your account in order to use your forms right away. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.

    4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.

    6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.
