    Hi there, my receipt states an amount of $262.08, however my credit card was charged $372.02

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You were charged correctly. Do note that Jotform charges in US dollars only. So, you were charged US$262.08 which then converted into CAD$372.02 with the conversion rates. This rate is being charged by your bank, and Jotform does not hold this conversion amount. You can check Jotform's pricing page 's FAQs section for the question of which currencies does Jotform support.
