Hi,
For the past few weeks, some of my team members have complained that their names are not appearing in the Names field of the form.I want to clarify that I have not deleted any names from the original list. However, this issue keeps repeating. Every week, I end up re-adding names that were never removed in the first place.
Today, I specifically noticed this problem with the name JEYAGOPAL.
- When I checked in the Dynamic Dropdown Widget settings, JEYAGOPAL was not visible.
- But when I searched inside the Form Builder, in the same Name field, JEYAGOPAL was present.
This clearly shows that the data exists in the Builder, but the widget is not reflecting it correctly.
I have also created a video demonstrating this issue:
👉 The video shows JEYAGOPAL is available in the Builder but missing in the widget.
This seems to be a recurring sync problem between the Builder and the Dynamic Dropdown Widget. Could you please investigate and provide a permanent fix?

Hi Reimbursement,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the issue with names missing in the Dynamic Dropdown Widget despite being present in the Form Builder, this appears to be a sync problem between the Builder and the widget. The Dynamic Dropdown Widget requires the list of values to be properly set up in its settings to reflect in the form.
Here’s how to ensure the Dynamic Dropdown Widget is correctly configured:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Dynamic Dropdown Widget.
- Check the Values field in the Widget Settings to make sure all names, including JEYAGOPAL, are listed there exactly as they appear.
- Update the list if any names are missing or not properly formatted, then click Update to save the changes.
If the issue persists after verifying the widget settings, it might be related to how the widget syncs with the form data. Unfortunately, this is a known limitation where the widget does not automatically update from the form's data source and requires manual updating of the values list.
For a permanent fix, you may need to regularly check and update the widget's values or consider alternative methods for dynamic data population if available.
Let us know if you need further assistance with configuring the widget or exploring other options.

Hi Reimbursement_reimbursement,
Based on what you’ve described, it seems the Dynamic Dropdown widget is not syncing properly with the field values in the Form Builder, which explains why names like JEYAGOPAL appear in the Builder but not in the widget itself.
For now, you may try removing and re-adding the Dynamic Dropdown widget or cloning the form to see if the missing entries display correctly. If you happen to notice any specific patterns when this happens, let us know and we'll keep a record on it for further investigation.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
