Hi I created this photo submission form but really cannot see a quick or easy way to actually download the submitted photos to my desktop computer from the entry submission after the fact. Can you help please? Thanks

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Let me help you with that:
If you have used the Image Upload Preview widget in your form, you can easily download the submitted photos directly from the Jotform Inbox. Simply open the submission in the Inbox, and you will see the uploaded images displayed there. You can then click on the image to open it in full size and download it to your desktop computer.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jamie,
In addition to our reply, you can also enable the Send File Uploads as Attachments in your Email Notification. The photos uploaded will be attached to the Notification once the user completes the form. Here's how:
1. In Form Builder, go to Settings from the top navigation.
2. Go to Emails from the left menu.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification, and then click on Edit.
4. In your Notification Settings, go to Advanced tab.
5. Toggle the Send File Uploads as Attachments to On, and then click on Save.
See the screencast below for my results:
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
