My jotform account is set to renew on Sept 22. I no longer want the service. I deleted my account. Will that automatically stop the billing that is scheduled for Monday September 22?
I understand you've deleted your account and want to ensure no further charges occur. To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing, here’s what you need to do:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription. Please let me know if you need further assistance!

Hi Robert,
In Jotform, simply deleting your account does not automatically stop billing. What cancels the subscription is either downgrading/canceling the paid plan through your account’s Billing settings or contacting Jotform Support to confirm the cancellation.
I have checked your account and since you have also canceled the plan, the scheduled renewal on September 22 should not go through. Deleting the account after canceling the plan just removes access to your forms and data, but the key step is that the subscription itself was canceled.

Hi Manilene -
Thank you for this reply. Is there a way for me to reactivate the deleted account? I saw in some forums that I could request a new password via the "forgot password?" button at login, but I did this and the email with a new password never arrived (in my inbox nor in my spam box.).
Thank you

Hi Robert,
I have reactivated your account, and you should be able to log in to it now. If needed, you can reset your password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
