Hi TRU,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with the "Mobile order" form not letting customers hit submit even after clearing cache and removing required fields, here are some steps you can try to resolve the submission problem:
- Clear your form cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause forms to behave unexpectedly. You can clear your form cache by going to your My Workspace page, clicking your profile picture on the top-right, selecting Settings, and then clicking Clear Cache in the Form Caches section.
- Check for any conditional logic or widgets: Sometimes conditional logic or widgets can interfere with form submission. Review your form for any such elements and temporarily disable them to test.
- Test your form in different browsers or incognito mode: This can help identify if the issue is browser-specific.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide more details about any error messages or behaviors you observe when trying to submit the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi truworkorder,
To test this, I cloned your form and made a submission. I was unable to replicate the issue with the Submit button as I completed the submission. Here's a screencast for your reference:
Is the Submit button stuck on Please wait, or is it unresponsive? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
In addition, I've cleared your forms' caches. You can also do this on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
