Accidentally archived my active form and now can't retrieve it

Hi

I NEED this form to be live ( ID 252094532718055 ) and i am finding it very frustrating to navigate your website. I archived all previously viewed forms and can't find those. I asked AI to help me and it lead me to archiving my active form! Now no matter what I try, I can't access it. Saying it doesn't exist anymore when the AI says it's only been archived but maybe there's a technical error?
