Prices are no longer filtered.

    Something happened to our form recently with no one adjusting anything. Our form had a filter on it that was group things by dollar amount, $1-$10 then $11-$20, etc. but is no longer showing and everything is just listed now in random order. Is there a way to look and revert to the old version? Not sure how this happened. Please help. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? Can you tell more about the filter that disappeared? But if you're referring to sorting the products according to price, you can easily enable that. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Gear icon of the Product List element to open Properties.
    2. Next, go to the Advanced tab, then turn the Sort option to On.
