Section Collapse won't hide

I have created a form with 3 section collapse areas. When I preview the form the first section collapse is still showing even though I have conditions set to only show each section depending on the answers from the first two questions. How can I hide the first section so only the top questions are visible until answered? The area in the screenshot is what I want visible until the questions are answered.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your issue with the section collapse not hiding as expected, I reviewed your form and the conditions you’ve set up. Right now, there are multiple show/hide rules that may be conflicting, which is why the first section collapse is still appearing.

Since all of your fields are placed inside section collapse elements, you don’t need to set conditions for each individual field. Instead, you can focus your show/hide conditions directly on the section collapse itself. That way:

• The form will initially load with only your top two questions visible.
• Each section collapse will remain hidden until the condition is met.
• When the rule is triggered, the section collapse will automatically show along with all of its fields inside.

This simplifies your setup and avoids broken conditions. I went ahead and adjusted the conditions on a cloned version of your form so that only the top questions are visible at first, and the section collapses only appear when the rules are met. You can check the cloned form here and let me know if this is the output you were looking for. You can also create a copy of it. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.

2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.

3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page. 

4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open in Form Builder automatically. You can now edit it the way you want and publish it.
