Han desactivado los formularios por un tema de privacidad y cuando consulto con la AI mencionan que ha sido enviado un correo a mi cuenta sin embargo no encuentro ese correo para poder habilitar mis formularios.
Cómo puedo dar cumplimiento a la privacidad de datos para que me habiliten los formularios?

Hi Viviana,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and it doesn't show that your forms were disabled due to any security reasons. It shows here that they were normally disabled. You can enable your form in a few simple steps. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings
- Then, in Form Settings, under the Form Status section, click on Disabled.
- Next, in the window that opens, click on Disabled and select Enable.
- Now, click on Save. That’s it. You’re done.
