I am requesting a password to access my payment Authorization form created today please

    I was able to create a form sent by link from PASSIONTOCARE via email. I was able to download once completed. I was asked to provide a password to access the form.

    If your payment authorization form is asking for a password to access it, this usually means the form has been set with access restrictions such as being Private or requiring login. To avoid this, the form owner needs to share the Public URL of the form which does not require a password or login.

    If you are the form owner, here’s how to get the Public URL:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Publish tab on the orange bar at the top.
    3. Under the Quick Share tab, click on the Copy Link button to get the public link.

    Using this public link will allow anyone with the link to access the form without needing a password.

    If you received the form link from PASSIONTOCARE and it requires a password, you may need to contact them directly to get the password or ask them to share the public link instead.

    Unfortunately, I didn’t fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about it, so I can get a better idea of what you need the password for? Did someone perhaps share a form to you, and it's asking for a password? If so, then you will need to reach out to the form owner to get the password. If that's not it, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
