Hello,
I was sent an email from JotForm to complete a long survey for a $25 Amazon Giftcard. I completed the survey but did not receive any email or message showing the reward or Amazon card.
Can you please help me locate my reward for the provided survey?
I included a screen shot of the email I received.
I received a response from Elton R, from Jotform saying he received the review and was pleased with the review and feedback given.

Hi Daniel,
I just heard back from the relevant team. The gift card was already sent to you, but it hasn't been redeemed yet. You can check your email and redeem the gift card.
