For the pause feature in workflow can I pause it based on a date that is on my form. For example if I have an onboarding form and I have a date entry for the first day of work can I have the pause feature select that date?

Hi factorybuilderstoreshr,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's Pause feature in Workflows doesn’t currently support dynamic dates pulled directly from form fields, such as a First Day of Work entry. The pause duration must be set manually using a fixed number of days, hours, or minutes, not a specific date from the submission.
What you can do is, when the form is submitted, send the date field to an automation tool like Zapier or Make, which then schedules a webhook or trigger to fire on that date to continue your workflow or initiate the next steps.
Reach out again and let us know how it goes.
