Recover terminated account

    Hi, I'd like to recover my account which was terminated by mistake a few weeks ago. Can you help with that? Thanks!

    Hi Lorraine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed the account associated with the email address used to create this thread and currently, it is active. If you have forgotten the account password, you can send out a Password Reset email to the account email address. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Login Page, click on Forget Password?.

    2. Enter your account username or email address

    3. Click on Send Reset Instruction.

    4. Check your email for the Password Reset Instruction and click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new account password.

    6. Click on Create a New Password.
