Both are possible. You can create a custom message in the Autoresponder Email's content. The Autoresponder Email is a form email that'll be sent to the user after they hit the Submit button. The form element questions and user's answers will show the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
