Hi Notificacao,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your request for the phone number format for Brazil (+55) and the language Portuguese Brazil, Jotform supports phone number fields that can include country codes such as +55 for Brazil. You can also set the form language to Portuguese Brazil to accommodate your users.
If you need assistance on how to set these options in your form, please let me know.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jonny,
Like what was mentioned above, yes, Jotform supports phone number fields that can include country codes for Brazil. Here's how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element.
2. In Form Elements, go to Widgets tab.
3. Search and select the International Telephone Picker.
4. Click on the widget's Wand icon to open its Settings.
5. Go to the Default country section, then select Brazil.
6. On the Placeholder section, key in +55, and then click on Update at the bottom-right.
7. Click on the widget's Gear icon to open its properties.
8. Go to Advanced tab, and then insert your Field Label.
I separated your other question into a new thread so we can focus on it properly. You can view and follow it here.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
