I have deleted my submission forms, and checked my archive/trash folder, they are both empty.
My upload space remains the same and did not clear.
May I please have some assistance?
Thank you.

Hi horisekiryutattoo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your Upload Space, and it's now at 92.89 MB / 100.00 MB. I see that you currently have one form archived, but I know you mentioned that you are not seeing anything in your archives folder. Can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.
Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

Hi horisekiryutattoo,
Can you try closing and clearing the cache of the Jotform App to help with the issue? Another step you can try is making sure that the app is updated to the latest version, which is currently 2.12.20. You can head over to the Play Store to update the app, then try to log in again and see if the upload space usage will update.
Additionally, we can take a look and check at your submission tables. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
Keep us updated and reach out again if you need any more help.

Hi horisekiryutattoo,
I can see that you still haven't purged all your deleted submissions. Keep in mind that deleting the submission data will be stored in the Trashed Entries for 30 days, and they will take up some space in your Upload Space limit. You'll have to purge it from there to be completely removed from our server. Please make sure to download your submissions first to serve as your backup. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
