Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I dug deeper into this and figured out that the form was set to Conditional Enable. This means your form will be enabled on a specific date and time. You can learn more about enabling and disabling forms from a helpful guide on this link. I've shared a demo you can follow to enable your form:

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar on top, go to the Settings tab.
2. On the Form Settings on the left side, under the Form Status, click on the Conditionally Enabled.
3. Now, click on the Dropdown and select Enabled.
4. Finally, hit the Save button.
   

After following the steps above, your form should be good to go again.
