Hello,
On Tuesday I met with Alex Ayala for my free onboarding meeting with him. On that call he showed me how to add the information (including the signatures) from my Sign & Approve workflow to my form/pdf by putting a "Flow Activity History" element to my form.
However, when I'm editing my form, I don't have any workflow elements available to choose from. I only have basic, survey, and page element options. Can you help me get the workflow elements to show up in my form editor?

Hi HRJessup,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Flow Activity History element is only available in Workflow and in the PDF document within the PDF Editor. Let me show you how to add the Flow Activity History in PDF editor:
- In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Form Fields tab, click on the Flow Activity History.
You might also want to check out our guide How to Create PDF Forms with PDF Editor for more information.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thanks Mikhail,
In the PDF Editor, the Add Element Menu is only available on the New Document tab, not the Original PDF tab. Can I not add the Flow Activity History element to my original PDF? I have to use jotform's new document instead?

Hi HRJessup,
In the PDF Editor, you can add the Flow Activity History element to your PDF document, but this is only possible when you are working on a new PDF document tab, not the Original PDF tab. So yes, to add the Flow Activity History element, you need to use Jotform's new PDF document rather than the original PDF. The Original PDF is not editable. You can instead add it to the new document.
Let us know if you need any other help.
