Hello,
We are a non-profit that uses your platform. We have been being billed incorrectly, as we are a tax-exemt organization. Is there any way for me to fix this?
Also, the email on our account no longer exists, but the settings will not allow me to change it without access to the email. The correct email is ostorey@thepricecenter.org. Thank you! -

Hi Olivia, we can help activate tax-exempt status on your account so tax is automatically waived during checkout. Please send an email to support@jotform.com with a screenshot of your tax-exempt document.
