Remove all email addresses in out domain from Bounce List

I need all emails from @bbmaint.com sent through. We had an issue with our domain registration yesterday but that has been resolved.

Reason(s) : bounced (Name service error for name=bbmaint.com type=MX: Malformed or unexpected name server reply)

I've removed it from our list. Whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email and add noreply@formresponse.com, noreply@jotform.com, noreply@jotmail.com to your contacts list. I also noticed that the Sender Email is still set to noreply@jotform.com. I recommend updating it with your custom SMTP setup. Setting up the Custom Sender Email in Form Email Alerts is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Select Emails in the menu on the left.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email or Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Select the Advanced tab.
5. Select the Sender Email Dropdown menu and choose your custom sender email.
6. Then, hit the Save button.
