Podo: Support AI AgentReplied on September 18, 2025 at 9:49 AM
Hi Yahaira,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with the app not letting you edit, I see you shared a screenshot titled "ADS Construction Services Portal" created on January 9, 2025. To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the specific problem you're encountering when trying to edit? For example, are you receiving any error messages or is the edit option simply not responding?
Once we have more information, we can guide you through troubleshooting steps to resolve the editing issue.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Yahaira,
To confirm, is the Table you're trying to edit currently shared with you? If that's not the case, to further investigate the issue, would you allow us to access your account so we can replicate the issue on our end? To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Yahaira,
I checked the Table and saw that it's a created table linked to an App. If you want to edit the form submissions, you can edit them via their forms instead. If, for example, you want to edit the submissions of the form Incident Report, as shown in the first screenshot below, then you can instead access the submissions directly in the form itself, as shown in the second screenshot below, by clicking on the hyperlinked number of submission just below the form title.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Yahaira,
Since you mentioned that the issue is with your app and not the form submissions, could you share a screenshot of the specific issue you're encountering when trying to edit the Table on your Workspace dashboard? This guide will show you how to do that. To better assist you, could you clarify what exactly you want to achieve with your App or the Table? Understanding your specific goal will help us provide the most appropriate solution.
After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Yahaira,
Unfortunately, the screenshot you've shared didn't fully go through on our end. Can you send it again so we can look into it?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you better with this.
