How to permanently delete form submissions?

I need to permanently delete my deleted to clear storage. this option is not available

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Keep in mind that deleted entries in Jotform are stored in Trash temporarily for 30 days. To free up your upload space immediately, you need to purge these trashed submissions permanently. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space, but won’t affect other limits. but now that i have deleted submissions i dont see them to delete forever

When you delete submissions in Jotform, they are first moved to the Trash and remain there for 30 days before being permanently deleted. It also may take some time for the upload space to update. I have now manually recalculated your Upload Space limit which now has 0B/100MB.

If you don't see the deleted submissions in the Trash menu, it could be because they have already been purged or the Trash view is not refreshed. If the deleted submissions are not visible in the Trash menu, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in to ensure the view is updated.
