How to upload previous submissions into integrated google drive

    Hello,

    We would like submissions to be uploaded into google drive. How can we have all of the previous submissions uploaded thus far? As the new integration is starting today.

    Regarding your question about uploading previous submissions into Google Drive with the new integration starting today, please note that the Google Drive integration in Jotform automatically uploads submissions and uploaded files only from the moment the integration is set up and active.

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature to automatically upload all previous submissions that were collected before the integration was enabled. The integration will start sending new submissions to your Google Drive folder from the time it is connected.

    If you want to have previous submissions in your Google Drive, you would need to manually download those submissions or their files from Jotform and then upload them to your Google Drive separately.

    Hi dayknightchess,

    As mentioned, if you want to have your previous submissions in Google Drive, you will need to manually download those submissions or their files from Jotform and then upload them to your Google Drive separately. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
    2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
    3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

    Hello,

    So for the current integration, it uploads as a subfolder with the pdf of the submission and uploads from the form. Is there a way to do this instead of doing a whole zip file? It's quite a few submissions.

    Hi dayknightchess,

    Unfortunately, the other option is to manually download the submission one by one and create a subfolder in your Google Drive. While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
