    i am trying to log in under tara.shannon@homeinstead.com and it says the account is locked. Tara no longer works here and I would like to change the user to katherine.zablocki@homeinstead.com

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and reactivated the account linked to the email address tara.shannon@homeinstead.com. I also flushed the login attempts on your account to refresh the login access. For now, you can try logging again to see how it goes. Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this.

    Additionally, make sure that when entering your username/email and password, they're typed correctly, especially if the password includes a combination of upper/lower case letters, numbers, and/or symbols. If needed, you can reset your password again and access the account with the newly created password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
