I need help with a scheduled account deactivation. This is my third submission and none of your AI bots where helpful. These forms are used in daily reporting and production.

Hi DJ,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an option to suspend accounts. Nonetheless, I understand your concern about not wanting to lose your forms and content. If you decide to cancel, you can always reactivate your account later, and your forms and content will remain intact. You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Under the Billingtab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.
3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade. Just follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan.
Let us know if you need any more help.

My original ticket number is 31149141 and my original message stated "Our company relies on these forms for everyday production, and your system states that they will deactivate them on the 19th. We need that not to happen, providing an individual’s information for this account is not feasible since they may leave the company. What company information do you need to keep the account active and where should we send it? This is a time sensitive request."

Hi DJ,
It looks like you have a form that collects form filler's personal identifiable information. I've forwarded this to the relevant team. We'll get back to you with an update as soon as we can.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi DJ,
Thanks for using Jotform. We take our user's security and privacy very seriously. Know Your Customer (KYC) or the user verification is a process we developed to help legitimate organizations collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) while following our terms. Collecting PII without verification is not allowed. KYC is only required once.
Personally Identifiable Information refers to any data that can be used to identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to:
National ID, passport numbers, or other government-issued identification
Social Security Number (SSN)
Financial information like bank account or bank statements
As your forms include fields that collecting sensitive information, we'll need to verify the organization and the account owner. Anyone who manages the account could fill out the form. You can check out our Terms, Privacy and Security pages and the email subjected as "Action Required: Your forms will be disabled if you won't provide us with some key information" for more information about it.
Once you fill out the KYC form, we'll review it and let you know about your forms' status.

Hi DJ,
Thanks for using Jotform. Our system flagged some of your forms as collecting sensitive information and started the KYC process. I reviewed your forms and removed that flag.
Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
