Hello, I have a client that submitted a form, "CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM". It captured all her info to book her trip as I'm a Travel Agent but it didn't capture her payment info. I'm confused on why it didn't show her credit card information so I can proceed with booking her vacation. What step can I do so this won't happen in the future with the next client.

Hi Nicolle,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your concern about the "CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM" not capturing the client's credit card information, please note that due to PCI certification and security reasons, Jotform does not allow gathering or storing sensitive credit card information directly on forms. This is why you are not seeing the payment info submitted by your client.
To process payments securely, you should use a payment processor integration within your form. This way, payment information is handled safely and complies with security standards.
If you are experiencing issues with the credit card field not filling out or not working, here are some steps you can take to prevent this in the future:
- Ensure the payment integration is properly connected in your form settings.
- Clear browser cache and cookies to rule out any browser-related issues.
- Try using a different browser or internet connection to see if the problem persists.
We also have a helpful guide on how to master payment integration that you might find useful.
