Hi, I'm having an issue with conditions. I'm trying to have it so that when I have the calendar app, it uses one of the two calendar apps and not the other. Could you see what I'm doing wrong and either fix it or show me how, please?

Hi Rheadley,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The issue is caused by a conflict between the hidden calendar fields and the conditional logic. Since the calendar fields are already set to hidden, any condition trying to hide them again can cause problems.
To fix this, you don’t need to unhide the fields. Instead, update the conditional logic so that it only shows the intended calendar based on the user’s selection. Make sure to delete any conditions that hide the calendars, keeping the flow simple. This ensures that when a user selects a calendar app, only the corresponding calendar field appears. Let me show you how.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Hover your mouse over the condition and click the Pencil icon.
- Remove the condition that will hide the calendar and click Save.
Here's how the form should work:
Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.

So I want the calendars to be hidden until they make their choice. Once they do, the appropriate calendar will appear

Hi Rheadley,
Yes, you can keep the calendar fields hidden on the form. However, you’ll need to update the conditions by removing any rules that hide them again. For this scenario, you only need the show condition to display the appropriate calendar.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I made the changes, but when I test it out, both calendars show for each condition

Hi Rheadley,
Can you test this cloned form? If the cloned version works as expected, you can go ahead and archive the original form. Archiving your Form is easy. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Archive to move the form to the Archive folder.
Then, you can create a copy of the cloned form by cloning it. Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Ok, it somewhat worked, but now the CC info gets mostly hidden. This is off the cloned one!

Hi Rheadley,
Since the cloned form is still giving you trouble with the credit card field being hidden, I recommend trying to remove the payment integration from your form and then add it back. This refresh often clears conflicts between conditions and payment fields. It's easy to remove an existing payment integration from your form. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, find your Product List field and click on it.
- Then, click on the Credit Card icon to remove the payment integration.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
