Unable to find form

Hello, I created a very extensive brain health consultation Jotform that took me hours to create, and I dont see it in my account? I see one that just has a signature page. Where could it have gone? It was only a few weeks ago. Is it because I have a free account. I only see 2 forms.

Regarding your missing brain health consultation form, please check your account's My Workspace page at https://www.jotform.com/workspace/. On that page, click on Type at the top and in the dropdown menu, uncheck all boxes except for Forms so that only forms are shown.

Also, make sure to check the Archive and Trash folders located on the lower left side of the My Workspace page, as your form might have been accidentally archived or deleted.

This issue is not related to having a free account, as free accounts can still have multiple forms. Let me know if you need any more help with this.

We recommend checking your Trash and Archive folders from your Workspace page, as forms can sometimes be moved there accidentally. Let me show you how.

How to restore a deleted form.

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Trash Can icon on the bottom-left side of the page.
2. Now, hover your mouse over the deleted form and click on Restore, on the right side of the page.

How to restore an unarchived form.

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Archive icon on the bottom-left side of the page.
2. Now, hover your mouse over the deleted form and click on More on the right side of the page.
3. Then, select Unarchive.

It’s also worth confirming if you might have created the form under a different Jotform account (for example, using a work, personal, or Google login). If you’ve checked both and still can’t locate your form.
