Incorrect Email Address

I sent a form to be sign by each person, but unfortunally my own email I missed one letter and i cant received the form to be signed and everyone already signed how i can edit that email address again thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the email address once it is sent out. You will need to cancel the document and resend the Sign Document again. Let me show you how to cancel the document:

1. On your My Sign Documents page, hover your mouse over your document and click on Sign Inbox.
2. In Sign Inbox, go to All Documents and select the sign document that you wish to cancel on the left side of the page.
3. On the top right side of the page, click on Cancel Document.
4. On the box that will pop up. Indicate the reason for cancellation and click on Cancel Document again.

That's it. You can now resend the sign document again with your correct email address inputted.
