I am trying to open up my draft application to complete it and a message keeps coming up saying that to open my form I need to create a new password - so, I click on Yes, create a new password. And then the screen is blank. Can you please help me so that I can access my draft application so, I can complete it and submit?

I have no clue what that is. Enterprise. I am the one who created the form on the EFTO website and it gave me an option to save the form to then go back to it. This what I am trying to do. Help.

As mentioned, the link of the draft you provided was created from a form that belongs to an account that has an Enterprise plan. Enterprise plan is our only multi-user plan where an Administrator can assign access-level controls to Users and those Users can collaborate with other Users.
It is recommended for you to directly reach out to the person who shared the form with you so you can contact Jotform Enterprise Support team for further assistance.
