    Buenas tardes,

    El día de hoy, martes 16 de septiembre, inicié sesión en mi cuenta de JotForm y noté que ya no puedo visualizar mis formularios.

    Me resulta extraño, ya que ayer estuve utilizándolos con total normalidad.

    Agradecería mucho su ayuda para poder recuperarlos a la brevedad.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account that is tied to this email address, and I can see the forms under your account. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here. However, if you are asking about another account, can you share with us the username or email address of that account so that we can check?

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
