Hi cdonewlifeprofile,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about manually editing the Flow status in Jotform Tables, currently, the Flow status is automatically managed by the system based on your form's workflow and submissions. It is not possible to manually change the Flow status directly in Jotform Tables.
From the image you provided, it seems that some entries remain in the "RECORDED" status instead of moving to "Volunteer Endorsed." This could be due to how the workflow or integration is set up or triggered.
If you believe the status should have updated automatically, I recommend reviewing your form's workflow or integration settings to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Let us know if you need guidance on checking or adjusting your workflow or integration settings.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I believe that the workflow was changed that's why it's like this. Previously, last step is Recorded, but the workflow was changed and ends with Volunteer Endorsement. How can i update this one?

Hi cdonewlifeprofile,
Since your workflow has changed and now ends with "Volunteer Endorsement" instead of "Recorded," you will need to manually start the approval process for existing submissions that were submitted before the workflow change.
Here’s how to update the Flow status for those entries:
- Open Jotform Tables and select the entry you want to update by clicking its View button.
- In the right panel, look for the option to Start Approval Flow and select it. This will trigger the updated workflow for that submission.
- Repeat this for each submission that needs to move to the new workflow status.
This process will manually initiate the approval flow for submissions that were recorded before the workflow change, updating their status accordingly.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this.

Hi cdonewlifeprofile,
If you do not see the "Start Approval Flow" option in the right panel when viewing an entry in Jotform Tables, it could be due to a few reasons such as the approval flow not being properly set up or the entry not qualifying for manual approval start.
Here are some steps to check and try:
- Verify Approval Flow Setup: Ensure that you have created and activated an approval flow for your form. Without an active approval flow, the option to start it manually won't appear.
- Open Entry View Properly: In Jotform Tables, click the View button of the specific submission you want to update. The right panel should open with details and options related to that submission.
- Look for Approval Step Menu: Sometimes the approval controls are under an "Approval Step" menu or section in the right panel, typically in the lower-right corner.
- Check User Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to manage approvals on the form and its submissions.
If after these checks the option is still not visible, it might be helpful to review your workflow setup or consider re-creating the approval flow to ensure it is properly linked to your form submissions.
Let me know if you need more detailed guidance on any of these steps.

Hi cdonewlifeprofile,
Regarding your question about deleting the "RECORDED" workflow step, it is important to understand that workflow steps are part of your form's approval flow configuration. You can modify or remove steps within the approval flow setup, but deleting a step like "RECORDED" may affect existing submissions and how they progress through the workflow.
If you want to remove the "RECORDED" step, you should carefully update your approval flow to reflect this change. This typically involves editing the approval flow in the workflow builder to remove or skip that step.
Before making such changes, consider the impact on submissions currently in that status and whether you need to move them manually or reassign their status.
If you need detailed instructions on how to modify or delete steps in your approval flow, please let me know.

Hi cdonewlifeprofile,
Since the Workflow has ended already, you won't be able to restart the Workflow from the Tables. You can edit the submission so it will trigger to restart the flow. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Tables, click on the View button of the submission.
- On the upper right side of the page, click on the Three Dots icon and select Edit Entry.
- Go to the last page and Submit the form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
