Thanks for your reply. Since you are at the main screen, please try the following steps to view and edit your existing forms:
- Go to My Forms from the main dashboard.
- Look for the form you want to edit in the list of your forms.
- Click on the form title or the Edit Form button to open the form builder and make your changes.
If you have trouble finding the form, please provide the form name or any details you remember about it, and I can help you locate it.

Hi Marvin,
Can you try to clear your browser cache, then log out and log back in to your account? Can you also try it on a different browser? I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you check it again? If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what's happening? You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
