Notification Email Template Field Shows Different Label

    Hello,

    I sent the Jotform link to a client, however the questions appear different to what is loaded in our system.

    You'll notice on the image attached, after the date field the next question is:

    Passport, CV (resume) & Current AU Visa...

    Where as the actual questionnaire is (and should be):

    Please upload your Passport/s

    Can you please advise why this is happening and fix as required as a matter of urgency.

    Hi Samuel,

    I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Next, click on Emails on the left side of the page.

    3. Click on the Edit button on the Notification Email template.

    4. Edit and remove the current label on the field after the date field and enter the correct label for it.

    5. Click on the Save button once done editing the email template.
