Unable to Print Form

I need to print this form.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Next, click on PDF on the left side of the page and click on the Download button.

3. Now in the PDF Editor page, click on the Download button on the top right of the page to download the PDF version of your form.
