Hi Megan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that your condition is working correctly. But, the code is not working:
Can you check if the access code you have set up in the spreadsheet matches the date format in the form?
Let us know how it goes.

PensacolaMESSHallReplied on September 16, 2025 at 6:40 PMPart of the challenge is that it defaults to today. When I enter a date
that is actually in the spreadsheet (10/01/2025) it works okay.

Hi Megan,
It appears that you've included a screenshot in your latest response, but it was not successfully uploaded. Could you retry send the screenshot of what’s happening? That'll help us understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
