We have created a jot form for our fishing fundraiser on Nov. 7-8. We have been learning as we go the past month.
After we created the form, we have been practicing and submitting forms to see what it will look like.
We have decided to not use the signed document part of the form, unfortunately we have reached our limit and it will not let us submit anymore.
We hid the signed part and later found out that doesn't stop the form from being signed which has caused us to reach our limit.
We want to be able to allow forms to be submitted effective immediately but without any signatures. Can you inform me how to do this.

Hi Jill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to accept form submissions without requiring signatures, as the hidden signature field is still being counted toward your submission limit. To resolve this, you’ll need to completely remove the signature field from your form rather than just hiding it, since hidden fields remain active in the background. Simply open your form in the Form Builder, locate the signature field, and delete it.
Once removed, save and publish the form so users can submit without signing, and your submission limit will no longer be affected. If you decide to require signatures again in the future, you can easily re-add the Signature widget or choose another signature option from Jotform’s available tools.
That’s it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
