I understand how to export data from a submission table, but boards do not have submission tables. How do I get the data out of a board? Thanks.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question on how to export data from a board in Jotform, boards themselves do not have a direct export feature like submission tables. However, you can manage and organize your submissions as tasks on a board by creating a board from an existing form. This allows you to view and work with your data in a task-oriented way.
To get the data out of a board, you typically work with the connected form submissions. If you want to export the data, you should export it from the original form's submission table, as the board is a visual task management tool rather than a data export tool.
If you want to import existing submissions into a board, you can do so by clicking the three dots icon on the top-right of a group in the board and selecting "Import Submissions." This will bring your form submissions into the board as tasks.
For further details on managing boards and submissions, you can refer to Jotform's help guides on creating and using boards.
Let us know if you need more specific guidance on exporting your data or managing boards.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

The data that has been entered into the board has been entered manually. It did not enter the board from a form submission. Thus, I need to understand how I can retrieve the BOARD data out of the board. Thanks.

Hi Dave,
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
