I am experiencing a problem with one of my forms. Specifically, when parents attempt to submit the form by clicking the button labeled "Enviar" (which translates to "Send" in English, accompanied by the message "Please be patient; sending may take from a few seconds to a minute"), the wait indicator continues to spin without completing the submission process. This issue seems to occur inconsistently, as the form functions correctly in some applications. It is important to address this malfunction, as it may hinder the user experience and prevent parents from successfully submitting their information.

Hi Erik,
I understand you're having trouble with your form submissions. In case you're having an issue loading your form submission page, kindly log out from your account and clear your browser caches and cookies before logging in again. If the same thing happens again, try to use a different browser or internet connection to see if that would make any difference.
Give it a try, and let me know if you need any more help.

I have tried what was recommended in a different browser, but it did the same thing.

Hi Erik,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems like you have modified your Square Integration. When I checked your payment settings, the Currency and Business Location section seemed to have difficulties pulling out the information. See the screencast below:
Can you share with us the Console Report of the browser you're using? You can check out our guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers. Also, try removing your Square from your form, then add it back. Here's how:
1. In Form Builder, go to you Product List field, and then click on its Credit Card icon.
2. In Payment Connection, click on the Trash icon.
3. In the Confirmation window, select Yes, Remove.
Note that, removing your Payment gateway connection might change or remove your existing product configuration. So, you'd have to manually add it again.
4. Next, click on the Add Payment Connection button.
5. In your existing Payment Connections/Reusable Payment Gateways, select Square.
6. Then, click on the Save button at the bottom-right.
Let us know how it turns out.
