    One of our forms got disabled by Jotform.

    Hi Calvin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form has been temporarily disabled because it was found to be collecting sensitive information, such as personal identification details. Protecting the security and privacy of all users is our highest priority. The account owner should also receive an email with a questionnaire to verify their organization. Once our team reviews and confirms the information, the form will be re-enabled and you’ll be able to continue using it.

    This happened to us today. How long does it take for you to enable it? Its been about 4 hours and still nothing. This is causing a delay in doing business today
