    Hello,

When my website is pulled up at first, and the JotForm page is clicked "schedule a delivery," the full page does not load; you have to refresh for the form to populate and see the full form to start filling it out. It does this on mobile and desktop

    Hi gage,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding the issue where your Jotform page titled "schedule a delivery" does not fully load on your website until refreshed, this can sometimes happen due to how the form is embedded or how the website loads external scripts.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Check the embed method: Make sure you are using the recommended embed code from Jotform, such as the iframe embed, which tends to be more reliable across devices.
    2. Clear cache and test: Clear your browser cache on both desktop and mobile and test the form loading again to rule out caching issues.
    3. Review website scripts: Ensure that no other scripts on your website are conflicting with the Jotform embed script, which might cause the form to not load properly initially.

If you continue to experience this issue, you might want to try re-embedding the form or testing it on a different page to isolate the problem.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi gage,

When I tried to access your form using a mobile device, I was able to access it without any issue. Take a look at the screencast below:

To help us further investigate the issue, could you share the URL of the website where your form is currently embedded or published?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you better with this.
