I am trying to have my form convert to a PDF and combine it with the uploads the user submits into one document and have that e-mailed. Is that possible?

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Jotform can’t directly append uploaded files into the same PDF submission file. The system keeps the PDF submission report and the uploaded files as separate attachments. While we can’t merge the uploaded files into the same PDF, you can include them as attachments in the emails sent after submission. This way, the recipient gets both the submission PDF and the uploaded files together. Let me walk you through it:
- Click on the Settings tab in the navigation bar and select the Emails tab on the left side menu.
- Now, click on the Pencil icon of the Notification Email, go to the Advanced tab and toggle on the Send File Uploads as Attachments option.
- Then, click on the Save button to apply changes.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
