Hi Alliance,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the issue with the payment section on all your forms where only the first and last name fields are showing for credit card payments, this is a known issue related to payment gateway configurations. To assist you better, I will check the payment gateway connection and settings for your forms.
We will work on resolving this issue promptly.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi gio6666gio,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try removing your PayPal payment connection and adding it again? Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon beside your payment field.
2. Select any payment connection from the list and click on the Switch button.
3. Now click on the Yes, Switch button on the popup modal.
Repeat the same steps to get back to the previous payment connection.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

When you are on setting mode, all fields in the credit card section show very well but when it is on View mode, there is an error that does not allow the user to enter their credit or debit card information

Hi gio6666gio,
The Paypal Advanced Credit Card is only available for verified Business accounts, so if you toggle on the Debit or Credit Card option, ensure that you have a verified PayPal Business account. Otherwise, your form will display an error message that says Hosted Fields Are Not Eligible. If you don't have Paypal Business Account, you can turn the Debit or Credit Card option toggle off. Let me show you how to do that:
In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon in the upper right.
In the Payment Properties menu on the right side of the page, scroll down to Payment Methods, and then toggle off the Debit or Credit Card option.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi gio6666gio,
Since you have a PayPal business account and the problem persists, can you try deleting the actual PayPal connection in your account settings and creating a new connection in your form? Let me show you how to do it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Connections.
4. Hover your mouse over the connection you want to delete and click on View.
5. Now, click on the Three Dots icon and select Delete.
Now create the new PayPal business payment connection in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens, go to the Payments tab, and click on PayPal.
3. Next, in the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Plug icon.
4. Then, in the window that opens, add a Connection Name, and click on Connect with PayPal.
5. In the window that opens, log in to your PayPal account.
6. Once done, click on Return to Jotform’s Test Store, and click on Save.
7. Finally, in the Payment Method section, enable the option you want by checking the box next to it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
