Can't Submit the Form

    I received an error message when I tried to complete one of the CCT membership form online. Is it in the settings that would not allow me to complete

    Hi iathomas127,

    I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. I tried submitting twice, but it doesn't allow me to. Multiple submission are disabled on your form. There’s an easy fix for this. We just need to update the Unique Submission section on your Form Settings. Here’s how to do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
    3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
